Tomato Toss 2 pint baskets heirloom cherry tomatoes 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning ½ tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. coarse sea salt Rinse tomatoes and toss in colander to remove most of the water. Place in shallow bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and toss to mix. Let stand at least 3 hours, and up to overnight, until salt and spices form a thin crust on the tomatoes. Serve chilled.
